Dr. Miguel Padilla, DDS, is proud to care for the Las Vegas community he calls home. A graduate of the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, he brings a rare combination of scientific curiosity, technical precision, and a genuine belief that a healthy smile can change how someone feels about themselves.

For Dr. Padilla, the most rewarding part of dentistry is the moment a patient sees their smile with new confidence. He believes exceptional care begins with listening, understanding what matters to each person, and making every visit feel comfortable, clear, and personal. From preventive care to restorative and cosmetic dentistry, his goal is simple: help patients leave healthier, more confident, and glad they chose Padilla Dental Care.

Before dentistry, Dr. Padilla was a mechanic, a background that shaped the patient, detail-oriented problem solver he is today. He still loves science, technology, and working with his hands, and he continues to stay current with the tools and techniques that improve the patient experience. As he likes to say, "Once a mechanic, always a mechanic." Outside the office, he enjoys time with his wife and their two children.
